The following is a 3-part density checkpoint quiz. The first is five word problems, allowing students to practice the density formula equation as well as displacement and the length x width x height formula for volume. The second part gives five substances with their corresponding densities, asking students to list the substances from most dense to lease dense. Finally, the third part of this quiz requires students to fill in tables. Each substance in the table has one variable missing (either mass, volume, or density); it is the students job to fill in the missing variable.
