Description

Do you, like me, need another activity for practicing compound duple rhythms?

This game is for projecting onto your whiteboard or Smartboard.

This is a fun way to play the poison rhythm game with your students. They will practice their rhythm reading skills whilst avoiding the dreaded Denzil the Dragon's poison rhythm. Instead of clapping the rhythmic patterns your students could also play the patterns on classroom percussion instruments such as drums or rhythm sticks.

Directions on how to play this game are included.

All rhythms are written using stick notation with noteheads.
