This set includes 18 pages:

2 Character profiles templates {designed for first graders} (each template features a character)

2 character description templates where students will write about the character’s physical appearance, profession/occupation, likes and dislikes.(each template features a character)

2 character analysis templates where students will write about what the character do and how did she/he respond to the situation or how he/she does it. (each template features a character)

2 INFERRING character's trait templates where students will write a charter's challenge, character's reaction, and the character's trait. (each template features a character)

2 character's traits template where students will write four traits for each character and write their opinion about the character using their own words. (each template features a character)

2 character's deeds template where students will write about what the characters' deeds and complete a speech bubble using the character’s words or thoughts . (each template features a character)

2 research/report templates where students will report their findings after researching. They will write about the character's achievements and one quote from the character (student's favorite quote from the character)

2 opinion paragraph templates where students will write a paragraph about the character (they will include supporting details on why they like the character)

2 comparing and contrasting characters’ templates {Venn diagrams}. One diagram features the two characters. I have also included a blank diagram so students can compare two more characters from black history.


Characters included: Martin Luther King Jr and Harriet Tubman
