Easter Egg Compare/Contrast Games
Print 2 copies on cardstock, laminate and cut into cards for playing a variety of games to encourage expressive descriptive vocabulary.
Games to Play:
Go Fish- Have your students play regular Go Fish but encourage descriptor vocab to expand their expressive abilities.
Matching/Memory- Shuffle the cards face down. Take turns turning 2 cards over. Student must describe each egg and if they are the same or different. To make the game a little more competitive/difficult add bonus points for naming how the two cards are similar. EX: These eggs are not the same but they both have purple ears.
Draw Me-Each player takes a turn picking a card and describing their egg to the group one feature at a time while the group draws the egg described.
