In my experience, I've worked with a lot of students with goals to improve their ability to describe objects and/or situations.
Often I found myself writing down the same strategies repeatedly (sometimes multiple times per day). Then I wised up and drew the strategies on a piece of paper.
Alas, over time it would get worn or crumpled.
So, I made this describing worksheet so I could always print a fresh, crisp copy when I needed one or if I wanted to hand one out to my students.
This handout is perfect for children who need a little more assistance using descriptive language, show or give them a copy of this helpful handout during therapy and/or to take home.
