Product Description
The Great Gatsby is known to be one of the greatest works in American Literature. It was written in 1925 by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Nick Caraway narrates the story thoroughly, with the use of lively adjectives and figurative language. Watch an excerpt of 2013’s Gatsby, and see how it connects with descriptive writing skills.
*I used this with the 2013's Gatsby, in a post-secondary setting. The students watch the first 30 minutes of the movie, while simultaneously completing the handout. You can easily adapt this for just the use of the actual novel itself.
