Description

These activities are intended to introduce descriptive writing using the five senses with popcorn! It is intended to enhance your writing component in your classroom. These activities work best if you are able to pop the popcorn with the children so they can experience using all of their five senses.

There are five days worth of activities included:

-Introduction and Brainstorming describing words

-Adjectives and Verbs as describing words with the five senses

-Simile Practice

-Writing descriptive sentences

-Popcorn Craftivity to display with descriptive writing
