Product Description

This is a fun, quick writing task to teach children how to build a fantastic descriptive sentence and extend it by adding a subordinate clause. There are a number of boxes with awesome adjectives, synonyms, powerful verbs and adverbs, adverbials of time and 'who' subordinate clauses for them to change the boring sentence 'The troll walked' into an amazing, descriptive sentence. They can practice using different describing words to create a number of different sentences. Each box is numbered to guide the process of adding to the initial 'boring' sentence and an example sentence is provided.
