30 color photo cards with images of contrasting descriptors. 10 descriptors featured (empty/full, wet/dry, dirty clean, big/small, tall/short, old/new, hot/cold, long/short, many/few, hard/soft).
Use these photo cards to work on receptive and expressive language.
For receptive language ask the student to point to the appropriate picture (i.e., Point to the empty plate)
For expressive language have the student tell you which picture to point to. Be sure to ask the student if you are correct. Alternatively point to a picture and ask the child to tell you about it to elicit a sentence (i.e., I see an empty plate).
Can also be used to learn about opposites and adjectives.
Real Photographs are ideal for students with Autism.
