This resource contains 3 files:
1) Set of 7 in colour, double sided cards that walk your students through the design cycle. The different stages are: understanding context, defining, ideate, planning, testing, making and sharing (these stages align with the the new BC ADST Curriculum, however all design cycle stages are alike).
2) Set of 7 double sided cards, in grayscale.
3) Set of 7 small, simplified cards reflecting the basics of the design cycle. These cards could be used to introduce the design cycle, or you could affix magnets to them and attach them to the board to use as a visual teaching tool.
The intention with the cards is that you can print, laminate, and hole punch so they can be kept together on a binder ring. They are a quick, informative resource to access while completing a design challenge that eliminates the need to always create a blackline master to facilitate the process.
