Common Core Kindergarten Math and Reading-Detective Dan Complete Set
There are three different activities. The first activity is geared for students who need practice with object counting and writing numbers. If you make these as they were designed to be made, one side of the card will allow students to count and trace the number of objects on the card. The other side will allow students to count and then independently write the number of objects. The next activity is made for students who are able to write numbers independently. This activity allows students to demonstrate ability to write numbers in sequence. The last activity, which is geared for more advanced users of these cards, allows students to demonstrate ability to write numbers both before and after a given number.
First, print out these counting cards onto cardstock. For the first activity, glue corresponding cards together back to back so that on one side students are able to trace the number and on the other they are able to independently write it. Then laminate all the cards and cut out. Use dry/erase markers on these cards only.
