Included are two listening tasks about mole poblano. The first is an overview using the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRCoESsvY7s with interpretive questions in English.
The second uses the following recipe video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=39&v=CGVfZpOjU98. This video is visual only - just text and images. The listening is then turned into an interpersonal task where students can ask and respond about the ingredients they are missing for the recipe. Each student has the same recipe but different word banks. Students will ask/respond to ¿Cuál es el ingrediente #1, #2, etc..?
