12 minute video that teaches and reviews four of the eight parts of speech: nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. This video is part one of two. The second video will teach students how to diagram sentences using these same four parts of speech. Be on the look out for it.
In order to view this video, unzip the file and then open the folder. Within the first folder, you should see an html5 file titled presentation.html5 and an .html file titled presentation. Double-click on one of these and you should begin watching the video from within your web browser. I have noticed that the .html5 version has a few glitches, depending on which computer I try to view it. If you have any issues with this version, please watch it using the .html version. You may also watch the .swf version. Listen to the directions at the start of the video to locate the handout in the resource section of the video. You get this from within the video itself. Let me know how it works for you.
Although this is only a 12 minute video, it will most likely take about 20 - 30 minutes to complete if students are taking notes and the teacher is pausing the video to provide students time to write information and complete the exercises at the end.
This product is currently free. I would like to collect user feedback and have an opportunity to edit my final work product before I begin charging anything or creating the next video in the series.
