This easy-to-make Dialogue Journal is for the Spanish classroom. Instructions are on the cover. Print, staple in the middle and voilá! You have a dialogue journal. (If your school has a binding machine and you're adventurous, they bind well, too!)
Students write a journal entry in Spanish, and you respond. It's like having a pen pal, but you can gauge students' progress and language abilities informally, while establishing rapport and introducing new words. My students LOVE their diarios. Really. They love to write.
The thumbnail TPT provides is not accurate. I'm working to provide a better shot of the journal cover.
