Product Description

This worksheet has students use their own novels/resources to find several examples of each type of dialogue style:

"Hello," she said. (@ start)

She said, "Hello." (@ end)

"No," she began, "I don't think so." (broken/split)

(indent) "I don't think so." (none)

(indent) "Why not?" (none w/ conversation)

Could be used in class if novels/books are in hand or available in media center; otherwise, it's not a bad homework assignment for kids too.
