This lesson, created on Powerpoint, reviews or teaches the main rules of writing dialogue. It is easy to follow and gives examples of each rule. After the lesson, students are shown how to create a "dialogue argument" with a partner. They work on this activity in pairs, and when they are finished, they present it to the class. This can easily take a class period or two, as they view powerpoint, review rules, work in partners, and present to class. My students loved this activity; I hope yours do too!
