Dice Activities for Math Centers

These printable dice activities are also perfect for morning work, assessments, busy bags, early finishers, and family engagement activities!

The following dice activities are included:

Count & Trace ~ Count the dots on each dice & trace the number below. 1 page

Counting Dots on Dice ~ Students roll & count the dots, then write the number below. 1 page.

Drawing Dots on Dice ~Students roll the dice & draw the dots on the blank dice template. A write-the-number-below version is included. 1 page.

Roll & Write ~ Roll a dice. Draw what you rolled on the blank dice. Count & write the number of dots on the line below. 1 page.

Roll And Tally ~ Students roll the dice and add a tally mark next to the dice with that number. They continue to roll and tally for a time specified by the teacher. As a homework activity, they can find and circle the number that got rolled the most. 1 page.

Adding 2 Dice ~ Students add two dice together to find the sum. 3 pages.

Adding Double Dice ~ Students add together double numbers, like a pair of ones, twos, threes, etc. 1 page.

Roll and Add ~ Roll 2 dice. Show what you rolled by drawing dots on the squares. Add the dots on both dice and write the sum. 1 page

Roll, Add & Write The Numbers ~ Roll 2 dice. Show what you rolled by drawing dots on the squares and writing the numbers on the lines below. Add together and write the sum. 2 pages.

Yahtzee Score Cards ~ A fun dice game that kids can play at math centers. Cut the Yahtzee score sheets page in half, down the dotted line. Kids get into groups of 2-3 to play. Give one score sheet to each group. Students take turns rolling and counting and write their name if they are the first to roll each number. The person with their name written next to the most numbers wins. 1 page.

Dice Patterns ~ Cut and paste the dice to complete each pattern. 1 page.

Matching Dice & Numbers ~ Draw a line to match the numbers with the dice. 1 page.

Matching Numbers & Dice ~ Draw a line to match the dice with the numbers. 1 page.

Paper Dice ~ Cut along the lines and fold to make your own pair of paper dice! 1 page.

Make Your Own Dice ~ Draw or write on the squares, then cut & fold to make your own dice! 1 page.

Dice Bingo ~ Roll a dice. Place a bingo chip on your board over the same number that was rolled. Keep rolling until someone places five chips in a row and shouts BINGO! For two or more players. 5 bingo boards.

23 dice worksheets + cover and credits pages = 25 pages total.

Laminate the worksheets and have kids write on them with a dry erase to save paper!
