Have students fill in the flower according to the number. Students show how they can represent the number using tallies, pictures, a ten frame, write the word and write the number.
This could be used as morning work, homework, math center work, table work, rainy day work, or substitute work. You can also use this to reteach or as an exit ticket to see if students can show a number in different ways.
You can even give all the pages to the students and have them make a book that shows them the different ways they can make a number.
