Product Description
Do you struggle with an easy system to set up pairs, small groups, level alike groups and differentiated groups? Well I have found a very easy way to do all of that that also serves as a classroom management and seating system!

Using a plain deck of playing cards - or the cute kind you find at the dollar store - you can easily set up groups to use all year! You can also use with the Ron Clark popularized "house system" or Harry Potter houses by setting up each suit of cards as a house.

I have had lots of fun using this system and my kids love it! A student made the Cardtopia logo for me fashioned after Jill Oberfloker's Obertopia system she uses in her classroom. Check out her social studies materials here:https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Obertopia. **Especially good for Social Studies - each suit can have a different government, environmental issue, economy, currency, etc. It makes the lessons real because they have buy in to abstract concepts.**

Enjoy and let me know how you put your own twist on it!
