Product Description
Review basic facts about the human digestive system while studying subject-verb agreement and dependent clauses! This is an excellent review or test prep activity that incorporates cross-curricular standards. Perfect for ELLs and special education, too!

This quick worksheet offers 22 factual, complex sentences related to organs and processes of the human digestive system. Students must circle the correct verb that agrees with the subject and identify the dependent clause in the sentence. After identifying the dependent clause, students must explain the function, or purpose, of the clause: to give additional information, to explain when, where, or why, or to define a term.
