This hands-on project encourages students to learn about the digestive system. They will research ten organs (or accessory organs) that aid in digestion, and then they will create two data disks that highlight what they learned. The ready-to-color illustrations feature cutaways of the digestive system. Students will fill in information about the salivary glands and then rotate the disk to reveal a new writing window where they can write about the next organ in the digestive process.
