If you are looking for a project that will enhance your students creativity and use of technology, this project is for you. Students share the use of a digital camera (or disposable cameras if they are more budget friendly) to snap pictures of places they see letters of the alphabet in their environment.
The photos are then uploaded into the computer and can be cropped and adjusted prior to printing. Once printed, the pictures are combined into a book that highlights the letter in each photograph.
This file contains the student hand outs for this project with directions and worksheet for this project.
This project is meant as a quarter long project. However, the document is in Word format so it can be adjusted to meet your classroom needs.
