This is a Google Form that is meant to be used in place of the traditional clipboard or pencil and paper classroom library checkout sheet. It is a simple Google form that students fill out and then you are able to download all of the information onto a spreadsheet for easy reference. That way you can keep track of the books that students are checking out. You can share the link with students and then it is as easy as students typing in their name, the book checked out, and the date.
