You can also embed them to run automatically when the slide is launched. This helps students know how much time they have remaining to work on a specific task. You can also have the timers play once you click on them.

If you have a changing schedule throughout the week, you can create a slide for each day of the week. When there’s a change due to a special event, just make those couple quick switches and you're all set! You could even change the backgrounds for different days of the week. This display is ready to go in both Powerpoint and Google Slides, or you can create your own using the backgrounds and schedule cards provided.

There’s a place for notes on the slide. This allows you to write a morning message to your students. You can let them know about anything special going on, a reminder about learning targets for the week, or an expected behavior you’ll have a close eye out for. You could even use it to give a special shout out to a student! If you use that space as a morning message, you can complete a shared writing task with it. Just write on your tv or interactive whiteboard to correct any mistakes and practice working with editing marks.

This schedule display doesn’t only need to be used during morning arrival! You can use this to display needed directions for an assignment or during working time. You can prepare the notes ahead of time, or, you could type them as you explain them. The blank backgrounds allow you to set this file up for anything you need during distance learning!
