This product allows you to check in with students daily. This google form allows you to track student's responses.

How to Use this Product:

Once you download this google form, you will download a pre-filled link (click the three dots option in the top right corner, get pre-filled link). You can copy and paste that link on your google classroom or email to students. When student's respond you can see their responses by going to the google form and clicking responses at the top of the page. You can also download it as an excel sheet to track student responses.

The questions on the form includes:

1. Did you eat breakfast today (Yes or no)

2. How are you feeling today?

3. What is one thing you want me to know?

3. What do you need help with?

4. What are your goals for the week?

5. What did you work on today?

6. What book are you reading today?

7. How are you feeling about distance learning on a scale of 1 to 5?

8. Comments or Questions
