With your purchase you will receive 47 weekly lesson plan templates for the 2014-2015 school year, an example lesson plan template, and a blank template. They are all created as a Word document, so they are easy to manipulate. You can easily delete, copy, and paste to fit your classroom needs. On the last page of each lesson plan I have embedded the "Scheduling Paraprofessionals" template to organize staff schedules and maintain classroom management.
Anyone can create these files. What is the benefit? Creating these files are extremely time consuming! Each weekly lesson plan template is already individually created and saved for you!
Since I teach a self contained classroom for students with low incidence disabilities, I always have multiple grade levels in my class. Beside each student’s name, in parentheses, I place the student’s grade level. This helps me with planning for our state alternate assessment standards. I also add student transportation in my 7th period block. Since many of my students have special transportation they often leave before the general bus dismissal. So, I place their bus pick up time in parentheses.
Having each weekly lesson plan saved separately allows me to easily upload to email for subs or administration if necessary. I also keep these plans saved on my personal Dropbox. This allows me to have easy access from home, school, or on my tablet. If you do not have Dropbox you need to research it. It made my life so much easier and better organized. Plus, Dropbox is free.
