The lesson is ten slides on Google Slides.
The quiz is ten questions on Google Forms (it is also self-grading).
The quiz format matches the review lesson. I do the review on Thursday then the quiz on Friday. By having the formats match, the students are accustomed to the type of questions they will receive and are not seeing two different formats on two different days. The questions and slides look similar, but the numbers and/or shapes have been changed on each assignment
