Photography Class (Digital)
FROZEN - Studio Project
Studio practice using "Frozen." Simple supplies needed: water, containers, objects to freeze, backgrounds, tripod and lighting (if you choose). Camera requirements: any camera and settings.
Freeze objects in containers of water at least two days prior to the assignment (depending on size of the container). You can use a large variety of objects such as: natural items like leaves, twigs, flowers, fruits, vegetables, etc. OR man-made items such as ribbons, legos, toys, pipe cleaners, buttons, coins, etc.
Place your frozen objects in an ice chest and allow students to take photos of the items indoors or outdoors with or without extra lighting.
This is a student favorite! Have fun!
