IT'S A SMALL WORLD
Studio practice. When the weather is cold outside, students can use the time indoors to experiment with some new items. Using small scale people from railroad models and props found in the classroom, students create original "Small Worlds" for the tiny props. This lesson allows students to express their own ideas and stretch their imaginations.
You might need to purchase some supplies but they aren't too expensive. There may even be someone in the community that has what you need, could be a donation. Simple lighting and props around the classroom will work just fine.
