SELL ME SOMETHING Studio
Here is a lesson to allow students to look at everyday objects in a new way. They might use a a new point of view, lighting, or composition. Students create exciting and interesting images to entice their audience. Instead of a normal critique, students write a short paragraph "selling" their items.
All you need are some items from around the room, items from student a backpack/pocket, or even accessories they are wearing. You can also bring in items for them or ask them to bring in items on their own. If you don't have any lighting available in your classroom; a cell phone LED light works great!
