Description
Review or teach point of view with this digital resource.
What the lesson looks like:
This resource begins by introducing the different types of narrators (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd - limited, omniscient, and objective).
Afterwards, it allows students to see the difference between 1st and 3rd person narrators for the same story to compare information. This generates great discussion about the type of information that is added or left out.
What the practice looks like:
- 5 interactive practice questions where they identify the type of narrator - provides immediate feedback
- 6 photos where they write from 1st person and 3rd person point of view.
- 2 "Create your own questions"
- Also include teacher slides for expansion activity ideas and additional book recommendations
