May be used on any computer with PowerPoint installed or any device that is connected to the internet and able to access Google Slides.
This resource is a set of 24 digital slides that offer practice with multiples. The slides have a variety of questions that ask students to identify all correct answer choices from a list of ten options. A student recording sheet and answer key are included.
Two different versions provide versatility and differentiability. You choose the version that will help your students meet their learning goals.
Self-Checking Version – the slides come in pairs with the first slide having the question and the next slide showing the answer
Questions-Only Version – the same set of questions without the answer slides
This resource is provided in multiple formats for your convenience:
Traditional PowerPoint format (for instructor use)
PowerPoint “Slide Show” format (for student use)
PDF format (for use on a device that does not have PowerPoint installed)
And the files may be easily imported to Google Slides (detailed instructions for this process are included)
To be used in Google Slides format, you will need a device that is connected to the internet and has access to Google Slides. You may also share this resource with your students in a Google Classroom environment.
Some options for incorporating this resource include:
1. Allow students to use the self-checking version for concept practice
2. Require students to use the questions-only version to assess student learning
3. Use a projector to display the slides during whole group instruction or review
4. Print the cards on heavy paper and use them as a set of traditional task cards
5. Print the cards and use them to play Scoot
6. Use with 4th graders at the end of the related unit of study
7. Use with 5th or 6th graders as a review activity at the beginning of the year
This resource is aligned with the following component of Common Core State Standard 4.OA.B.4: Determine whether a given whole number in the range 1-100 is a multiple of a given one-digit number.
