32 task cards are included. The first 8 slides have picture models on them to help students visualize mixed numbers and improper fractions (they must write a mixed number and improper fractions for each picture). Students must convert mixed numbers to improper fractions and improper fractions to mixed numbers for slides 9-24 without picture models. The last 8 slides require students to add and subtract mixed numbers with LIKE denominators and write their answers in simplest form. These task cards are aligned to the Common Core State Standard 4.NF.3c.
