This is a great fall themed activity for digraph practice. In this activity students build scarecrow with beginning digraphs. For example, the scarecrow's hat has a digraph (th) and students find the body parts with the picture of items that begin with a th (thumb and thread). Students will enjoy building scarecrow. This activity would be perfect at a literacy center or for students who have finished work. This activity also comes with a cut and paste worksheet where student match the picture to the beginning sound digraph. Print on card stock and laminate for durability. We have a similar activity for your winter theme if you enjoy this one! Thanks!
