Do your students struggle with telling what digraph is at the beginning or end of a word? Mine too! I created these digraph cards for students to practice differentiating between which digraph they hear. Each student gets a ch, sh, th, wh card. Cut out the cards and glue them onto popsicle sticks. I like to use the same color popsicle sticks for each digraph. Say a word with a digraph in it and students hold up the digraph they heard. These cards also include visual clues to help students remember the sound each digraph makes.
This activity is very similar to Orton Gillingham's Vowel Intensive.
