Words that contain digraphs can be tricky to read and spell. The best way I have found to teach these phonemes is in a multitude of contexts and hands-on interactive ways. This 80-page digraph unit includes a multitude of activities that will assist you in teaching your wide range of learners how to read and spell words that contain digraphs.
Included in this unit is a variety of language arts based literacy centers aligned to Common Core Standard of reading words that contain digraphs. Many of these activities can be used independently during a literacy block, or the Daily 5. This pack can also be used for word work instruction for a whole or small group.
