The educator or student can color, cut, assemble, and staple. Each student can have their own to keep in their desk, phonics folder, or notebook. As an educator, I would have my own to model.
As a whole group you can work on each digraph at a time or all of them at once. Project your own booklet while reading a text and search and find digraphs throughout the pages.
On their own students can be detectives while they read and search for diagraphs on their own.
In small groups you can work on a mini lesson with digraphs and while they are reading their group books you can add the digraphs where they belong together.
Students can bring the booklets home and add digraph words to the booklet as they read their independent books.
