Hello Everyone! I created this resource to provide practice for my students when learning digraphs. This resource contains a variety of activities to help the digraph 'sh' stick with your students! The following is what is included:
*I can listen for the 'sh' sound! – Cut and paste picture sort worksheet.
*Looking for Digraphs- Cut and paste word sort worksheet for 'sh'.
*Word/Picture Card Sort with Recording Sheet- Students will sort word cards where they belong on the mats provided.
Hungry, Hungry Shark! -Initial or Ending 'sh' sort
*Reading in a Snap! - Students will practice reading 'sh' words with fluency.
*Reading in a Snap! - Students will practice reading sentences with fluency.
*20 Word Cards
*My Little Digraph Book- On each page students will practice a word with the digraph 'sh' by saying the word, tracing it, writing it, and using the word in a sentence.
*Fill in the missing digraph word cards- Students will practice writing words with the digraph 'sh' by finishing the word using the digraph tiles included or writing it in with a dry- erase marker. (12 cards)
*Read and Write the Room with Recording sheet– Students will sort words on the recording sheet by initial or final 'sh' digraph.
*Board Game with Instructions Page- Students will have fun practicing reading words with the digraph 'sh' by playing this board game.
Reading in my Red Shoes!- 'sh' board game
*Digraph Craftivity- Students will complete a shark craft
and practice writing words with 'sh'.
