My students love listening to content rich, engaging read alouds. I noticed my group this year is obsessed with dinosaurs! I knew I had to make dinosaur links right away! These 35 printable QR codes are the perfect way to incorporate these dinosaur read alouds into your classroom library.
All the QR codes are linked to SafeShare where students can listen to an educator read the story aloud. Students will simply scan the code with a scanning device (iPod, iPad, or iPhone), press play, and listen to the read aloud.
I have included a task card layout for easy management. I use the card version in my classroom and the kids love it! I laminate the cards, put them on a binder ring, and store them close to our listening devices.
These codes are awesome for any grade. My first graders use them every day with little to no direction. They are perfect for Listen to Reading during a Daily Five block.

The code links can become broken. If that happens, please let me know and I will fix them immediately! I also caution you on printing in color and laminating. With as often as the codes break, I don't want you to become frustrated with having to redownload : )
If you print the product and the codes don't show (but everything else does), it is likely an issue with the printer mirroring the codes. I haven't quite figured out what causes that. If this happens, try to print to a different computer. The larger company printers work best.
