This communicative activity gets students talking and practicing with direct object pronouns and Avancemos Unidad 1 Lección 1 travel vocab. I did this activity in a 'speed dating' style where there were two rows of students and one row moves to the left after 3-4 minutes, so that students get a chance to interact with many peers. Each student is assigned an item. Students must try and guess what item their partner has and their partner must respond "Sí o no lo/los/la/las tengo". The student then writes down their partners name next to that item. After both exchanging, students move like speed dating. Once students have completed communicating, they answer the questions about who has certain items using direct object pronouns. Activity includes all direct object pronouns.
