This activity is based off of the Kagan structure Showdown. The students are placed in groups of 2-4. Everyone answers one question at a time and turns over their paper after they are finished with that problem. Once everyone is finished with the same problem, the captain calls "Showdown". At this point, the students will compare answers to see who has the correct answer. They should be explaining why someone has the write/wrong answers in their conversations. This process is continued until the entire paper is complete.
I use this in Spanish I and II. It goes along with Unit 5 in the ¡Qué chévere! 1 book.
