In these active, student-centered, discovery-based activity, students are lead to discover that if a quadrilateral is a parallelogram, then both pairs of opposite sides are congruent (part 1), both pairs of opposite angles are congruent (part 2), and its diagonals bisect each other (part 3). Part 4 contains questions that assess their knowledge of these initial discoveries.
