FREE FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL IN CELEBRATION OF AUTISM AWARENESS MONTH!!!
This kit is designed to include all the materials needed to teach matching, sorting, receptive and expressive identification of ten colours to your students using discrete trial training. In this kit, you will find 130 flashcards that can be used for matching, sorting, receptive and expressive identfication of ten different colours, as well as teaching instruction sheets, data sheets and graphs. This kit has a number of exemplars of each colour to ensure generalization when teaching this skill.
Colours included: red, blue, yellow, purple, orange, green, black, white, brown
This kit addresses the following goals in the Hawaii Early Learning Profile:
#1.137 – Matches colours (black and white)
#1.144 – Matches primary colours
#4.109 – Matches six or more colours
#1.156 – Sorts colours and points to several colours when named
The teaching sessions progress from simple materials, with less distractors, to more distractors, ie. a coloured circle to a colured drawing to a photo of a colour. The teaching instruction sheets in this packet will guide you through the teaching process.
