This is a editable document for you to write your own Discrete Trial Training / Discrete Trial Instructions - Least-to-Most prompting.
A Discrete Trial Training / Discrete Trail Instruction is a way to teach a single, distinct skill. As each skill is different, the document will need to be modified to include the specific directions for the staff to follow (Levels) and specific Targets that will be taught to the student.
A prompt hierarchy can be Most-to-Least, Least-to-Most, Progressive Time Delay, Graduated Guidance, Baseline, Maintenance, etc. As each has their own way of progressing through prompting, I have included the specifics for Least-to-Most prompting.
The type of prompt can be physical, vocal, visual, positional, etc. As each is specific for the task and the student, I have not included the specific prompt needed. (You will need to decide on the type of prompt needed).
