Product Description
The problem of discrimination against women in Egypt had been reducing the ability of the Egyptian women to operate within different social and economic activities, just because they are women. The gender differences created a huge disparity between the men and women, which had been resulted from the male-oriented society, traditionalist views of women Abilities, and the lack of the open-mindedness to accept the possibility of women superiority upon men. The diffusion of the discrimination against women in Egypt had been leading to the reduction of the economic and social development processes, the depriving of the women rights, and the reduction of the benefits that can be gained the by the country from the contribution of the innovative women. The superiority of the men within the society had been recognized as essential for so many years, while this is the time for the empowerment of women in order to take control of their destinies and to get rid of the authoritarian and discriminative control of the men (Somach & AbouZeid, 2009). Within the following research, there would be identification for the different solutions that can be accepted by the Egyptian government and social activists for the purpose of the enhancement of the role of the women within the society.
