Description

The Discussion Strategies Bundle includes two products, Talking Sticks Discussions and Discussion Connections. Both resources are designed to help students learn to participate actively in whole group or cooperative learning discussions.

These strategies can be used in any subject area, including reading, math, science, and social studies. The techniques described in this bundle can be used with the entire class, during small group instruction, or in cooperative learning groups like Literature Circles. Talking Sticks Discussions includes a dozen pages of discussion prompts that cover a variety of subject areas, but if these don’t meet your needs, you can modify them or create your own with the editable discussion cards included.
