Few times in a person’s life do we realize we are living important moments in history. In this lesson designed for the classroom or for distance learning, students choose primary sources which represent important aspects of their understanding of the history they are making. Students then describe the choices they’ve made, explain their choices in an expository essay or an extemporaneous speech, and share. The lesson is launched with a video which explains primary sources.
