Imagine the Native Americans had cell phones and text messaging. What would they say? Students read the pretend text messages from pretend Native Americans. They then have to decide which Native American tribe between Hopi, Pawnee, Inuit, Kwakiutl, Nez Perce, and Seminoles would have said what is in the text message. What a fun activity! No prep needed!
