This engaging WebQuest and STEM challenge will help to foster collaboration among your students. They will work with partners and then in teams to find out about groundhogs as you act as the facilitator. They will use the information they get from the WebQuest to make a two-dimensional life-sized groundhog burrow with a groundhog in it.! If life-sized is too big (because it is huge) you can always have your groups create them half-sized (a whole new math activity). This is the perfect STEAM project to do in January as Groundhog Day is approaching!!
