These notes are used introduce the Commutative, Associative, and Distributive Properties. It is correlated to Glencoe's Algebra I Book, but can be used for any book or lesson. It starts with an area for the essential question, definitions, examples, and finally an area for the essential question to be answered. The header I have created shows students where to look in the Glencoe book to find more examples. These notes correlated with North Carolina Standards, but they can easily be changed for any state.
